Payment Policies:
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% becomes due 7 days before the arrival date.
- Last-minute bookings will require making full payment.
Cancellation/Refund Policies:
- Cancellations made 30 days before the booking date will receive a full refund less a 5% handling fee if canceled
- If bookings are canceled 15-29 days before the book-in date a charge of 50% cancellation fee will be expected.
- Reservations made less than 15 days before the booking date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- No refunds for no shows or unused portions of the tours.
